Roles and Responsibilities :

- Contribute to architectural design and technical infrastructure direction for AI/ML and application services.

- Research, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions for system design, tooling, and implementation approaches.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain application code, including writing unit and integration tests.

- Oversee integrations with internal systems and third-party services, ensuring correctness and reliability.

- Collect and analyze metrics to drive implementation decisions, and ensure performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

Skills Required :

- 10 - 14 years of professional experience in application development and leading technical delivery.

- Artificial intelligence (AI) and ability to guide AI/ML system design and delivery.

- SQL development and troubleshooting for complex queries and data access patterns.

- REST API principles and experience building and integrating RESTful services.

- Agile development methodologies with strong delivery discipline and engineering execution.

Good to Have :

- AWS services experience (ec2, s3, lambda, rds, cloudformation, ecs/eks, vpc, iam) and serverless architectures using aws lambda.

- Python and LLM-based application experience (rag, agentic workflows, summarization, embeddings).

- Frontend experience with react and nextjs for end-to-end AI application experiences.

- Experience acting as a tech lead, including mentoring and guiding architectural decisions.

Education : Any graduation (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields preferred).
