Role Overview :

As an SDE II - Full Stack, you will be at the heart of our product engineering team, architecting and scaling high-performance web applications that serve thousands of users.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, functional code.

Your day-to-day will involve building robust features from the ground up, optimizing database queries for speed, and crafting intuitive data visualizations that turn raw metrics into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engineer scalable, end-to-end features using React and Node.js to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience across the entire application stack.

- Design and implement complex RESTful APIs that facilitate efficient data exchange between the frontend and backend services.

- Develop sophisticated data visualization components that empower users to interpret complex datasets with clarity and precision.

- Optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries to enhance application performance and ensure data integrity under high-concurrency loads.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production-level issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining the stability of our core infrastructure.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on component reusability and state management.

- Proficient in backend development using Node.js, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and building secure, scalable REST APIs.

- Proven ability to design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization and indexing strategies.

- Skilled in creating interactive data visualizations that simplify complex information, ensuring high usability for end-users.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.

- Highly adaptable and self-driven, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments that prioritize rapid iteration and high-quality output.

- Possesses 3 - 6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, backed by a solid foundation in computer science principles.
