Role Overview :

We are looking for an SDE 1 - Full Stack Developer to build and enhance scalable web applications across the backend and frontend. The role requires strong hands-on skills in Python and React, along with a willingness to own features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, enhance and maintain full-stack applications using Python for backend development and React for frontend development.

- Design and develop REST APIs, integrate databases, and build responsive, reliable user interfaces.

- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code; debug issues and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

- Work closely with product, design and other engineering teams to translate requirements into working solutions.

- Good to have : Understanding of multiple programming languages such as Java / Go.

Technical Skills :

- Python : Strong programming fundamentals with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.

- React : Good understanding of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based development and state management.

- Working knowledge of SQL databases, REST APIs, Git and basic cloud concepts (AWS preferred).

- Understanding of software development practices including testing, debugging, version control and CI/CD.

What We're Looking For :

- 3 - 5 years of software development experience with hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development.

- Strong problem-solving ability, ownership mindset and willingness to learn and work across the technology stack.
