Role Overview :

We're looking for a driven Software Developer to join our US Markets team (4PM -2AM) IST. You'll work directly with the team handling live US execution and infrastructure, and play a key role in building out tools, automations, and systems required to scale trading operations in global markets. This is a lean team with high ownership and steep learning. If you want to work on real systems that trade real money, this is your entry point.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain tools for trade monitoring, automation, and reporting during live US market hours (4PM -2AM) IST.

- Assist in building new execution and order management infrastructure for US markets

- Support US trading desk with real-time issue handling, log parsing, and debugging

- Work with global data APIs, time zone handling, and multi-exchange data structures

- Contribute to codebases that directly impact live trading performance.

- Build strong documentation and ensure system reliability under night operations.

Requirements :

Skills :

- 2-10 years experience in high performance computing to meet our reliability/latency needs.

- Advanced programming skills in one of C++, Python, Rust or Java

- Understanding Git, Databases, Rest APIs, JavaScript, Linux, async-design, OO patterns.

- Communicate effectively without jargon. Verbal and written.

- Collaborate with team members showing evidence of delivering solutions to business requirements. Ability to collaborate across teams and take ownership

- Bonus : Knowledge of market data systems (e.g. Kite API, LSEG, FIX), or experience in trading/quantitative finance.
