Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Snowflake SQL, ETL processes, and Snowpipe.

- Develop complex data models and schemas to support business intelligence reporting needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements for new data warehousing solutions.

- Implement efficient data processing workflows using Snowflake's high-performance computing capabilities.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, and security in the Snowflake environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Snowflake database management, with a proven ability to build and maintain high-performance data warehouses in a cloud-native environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake SQL, data modeling techniques, and the development of complex stored procedures to solve intricate data challenges.

- Strong hands-on experience in designing and managing ELT and ETL pipelines, with a focus on automation, scalability, and performance tuning.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a distributed, multi-cultural team.

- A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting to evolving business requirements and thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, supported by 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering.
