Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on engineering expertise, architectural thinking, and leadership capability to drive high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions from design to production.

Role Type : Full-time Consultant

Work Mode : Remote

Working Hours : 2 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop backend services using Node.js (NestJS/Express).

- Develop and maintain front-end features in React.js with TypeScript.

- Implement REST-based services, microservices, and messaging-based integrations.

- Build and optimize data models for relational and non-relational databases.

- Ensure code quality via peer reviews, unit/integration/e2e testing, and performance optimization.

- Drive system reliability, observability, and performance using :

a. Logging

b. Metrics

- Tracing (OpenTelemetry or similar)

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitHub Actions pipelines.

- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA).

- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of total development experience

- 6+ years Full Stack development experience with :

a. Node.js

b. React.js

c. NestJS

d. TypeScript

- Strong knowledge of :

a. Asynchronous & event-driven programming

b. API design, versioning, scalability, and performance tuning

- Experience with databases :

a. Relational : MySQL / PostgreSQL

b. NoSQL : MongoDB / Redis

- Security & Authentication experience with :

a. JWT, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC

- Proven experience with :

a. Observability (metrics, logs, tracing)

b. Production performance debugging

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, Operators, Service Mesh)

- Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.)

- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Azure ARM, etc.)

- Experience with distributed systems at scale

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to lead discussions with architecture and product teams

- Ownership mindset and end-to-end accountability
