Job Title : AVP - Java Full Stack Developer.
Location : Pune.
Experience : 8 - 12 Years.
Job Purpose :
As an AVP Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders to develop scalable, performant, and secure applications.
The role emphasizes leadership in technology, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
- Build rich front-end applications using Angular (latest versions) or React.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define architecture and solution approach.
- Implement robust APIs, web services (REST), and integrate third-party systems.
- Work on performance optimization, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and security (OWASP compliance).
- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker,
Kubernetes.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implement monitoring solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions aligned with long-term strategy.
