Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications for insurance technology platforms.

- Work on InsureMO and/or EbaoTech platforms and their integrations.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services with internal and external systems.

- Build scalable and maintainable backend services and frontend applications.

- Integrate insurance products, workflows, services, and third-party applications.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve application defects.

- Work closely with product, business, QA, and other technology teams.

- Perform API testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Support deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements.

- Contribute to building scalable technology solutions as the organization grows.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of professional software development experience.

- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.

- Experience with InsureMO and/or EbaoTech is highly preferred.

- Strong experience in API development and integrations.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with databases and backend systems.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.

- Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in insurance technology / InsurTech platforms.

- Candidates who have worked on InsureMO, EbaoTech, or similar insurance platforms.

- Strong exposure to integrations and API-based development.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Candidates comfortable working 5 days from office.
