About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner Capital Markets & Data Platforms to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-scale data products and analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in capital markets, investment banking, risk management, and enterprise data ecosystems, with a proven ability to drive product innovation and large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, data engineers, architects, and senior leadership to build scalable, data-driven solutions that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data and analytics platforms.

- Translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.

- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Capital Markets & Risk Management Solutions :

- Develop and enhance data products supporting Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Risk Management functions.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

- Support the development of risk monitoring, reporting, compliance, and analytics solutions.

Enterprise Data Platforms :

- Lead the development and evolution of enterprise data products including :

1. Data Lake Platforms

2. Enterprise Data Warehouses

3. Real-Time Analytics Solutions

4. Business Intelligence Platforms

5. Regulatory Reporting Systems

- Ensure strong data governance, quality controls, and compliance frameworks.

Product Delivery & Agile Leadership :

- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning.

- Work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Drive Agile best practices across Scrum and SAFe environments.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

Data & Technology Leadership :

- Collaborate with engineering teams on :

1. Snowflake Data Platforms

2. SQL-Based Analytics Solutions

3. APIs & Data Integrations

4. ETL/ELT Pipelines

5. Data Governance Frameworks

6. Data Quality Controls (DQC)

- Drive modernization initiatives leveraging cloud technologies, automation, and AI-assisted capabilities.

Stakeholder & Team Management :

- Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders.

- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

- Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple workstreams.
