As a key player, you will collaborate with developers, the Finance Technology team, and business leaders to develop, optimize, and implement high-impact BI solutions that boost efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

- Design & Development Mastery : Expertly design, develop, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports for critical financial reporting needs.

- Strategic Delivery : Engage directly with senior business leaders to deliver solutions that directly influence strategic business decisions.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize data models and complex queries for exceptional performance and scalability.

- End-to-End Solutions : Develop and implement complete technology solutions, including models, repositories, dashboards, and reports, within a defined architecture.

- Best Practices Leadership : Lead the implementation of BI best practices, including automation for versioning/release management, security models, and conducting thorough code reviews.

- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into effective data visualizations.

Required Qualifications :

Domain Expertise is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.

- Domain Expertise (MANDATORY) : Proven, hands-on experience in the Finance or Banking industry is a non-negotiable requirement.

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Power BI Developer or Analyst.

- Power BI Mastery : Expertise in MS Power BI (Desktop, Power Query, and Power BI Service).

- Data Modeling : 4+ years of experience with OLTP and OLAP database models.

- Agile & Data Savvy : Demonstrated experience in an agile environment using platforms like Jira or ADO.

- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise repository, data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior business leadership.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
