Senior Node.js/TypeScript Engineer

Description :

We're looking for a Senior Node.js/TypeScript Engineer to help build and scale our backend services and platforms. You will play a key role in designing and developing systems that power our voice AI products, no-code workflow tools, APIs, and core applications.

This is a hands-on role that combines coding excellence, architectural input, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and core application logic using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Build features and components that support both custom applications and no-code / low-code platforms.

- Ensure high-quality, maintainable code with appropriate testing, documentation, and reviews.

- Collaborate with frontend, UX, product, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to scalable, secure, and performant system design.

- Implement best practices for security, performance, and reliability across services.

- Mentor junior developers and help drive engineering standards.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of backend development experience.

- Advanced skills in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling.

- Experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating third-party services.

- Familiarity with designing and building no-code/low-code platforms or configurable application backends (nice plus).

- Solid understanding of NoSQL, like MongoDB and Redis, and relational databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with workflow engines, no-code platforms, or builder frameworks.

- Exposure to real-time tech (WebSocket, pub/sub).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
