We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, and modern application development. The role requires hands-on coding capability, strong communication skills, and experience in client-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global teams, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server

- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and shared libraries to support large-scale applications

- Integrate with third-party APIs and external systems efficiently

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across the full technology stack

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage work items in Jira

- Identify technical dependencies, risks, and architectural challenges, and propose effective solutions

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for speed, reliability, and scalability

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members

- Produce high-quality documentation for code, architecture, and system workflows

- Support production environments and monitor application performance using Azure tools

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and DevOps practices

Required Skillsets :

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core 6/8+, Entity Framework / EF Core

- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and REST API development

- Deep expertise in MS SQL Server including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and performance optimization

- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as XUnit and MSTest

- Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and scalable system architecture

- Hands-on experience in Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Strong experience with API integrations and building distributed systems

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services including:

- Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage Queues, Blob Storage, Key Vault, SQL Azure, Application Insights, Azure Monitoring

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning capabilities

- Ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of AngularJS, ReactJS, or modern front-end frameworks

- Experience with Azure API Management (APIM)

- Exposure to containerization (AKS/Kubernetes)

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Logic Apps

- Understanding of operational monitoring and application support
