Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Java, React, full-stack development, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and solution architecture. The role requires a strong hands-on technical leader who can drive end-to-end application development, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders. The selected candidate will initially work from the client's Pune office and may subsequently have an opportunity to work onsite in Canada / the US.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.

- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Work closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Design and implement cloud-based solutions and integrations.

- Conduct code and architecture reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement across development practices.

- Support application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 7+ years of overall software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

- Strong experience with React.js and full-stack development.

- Excellent knowledge of REST APIs / RESTful services.

- Experience with Cloud technologies - AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design.

- Experience leading technical teams or working in a Senior Lead / Architect role.

- Immediate joiners preferred/required.

- Valid H1B visa is mandatory for the onsite US opportunity.

Onsite Opportunity :

The selected candidate will initially be required to work from the client office in Pune 3 days per week for approximately 36 months. Based on the project requirement and eligibility, there will be an opportunity for an onsite assignment in the US / Canada.
