Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP and cloud-based AI platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, GenAI frameworks, scalable API development, and document intelligence solutions, expertise in building traceable, explainable and auditable solutions. Experience in US Healthcare domain is a good-to-have.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models

- Build AI/NLP pipelines for document extraction, summarization, classification, and structured JSON generation

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector search solutions

- Create scalable APIs and microservices for AI workflows

- Optimize prompts, context handling, and hallucination reduction techniques

- Work with OCR and document intelligence systems for large document processing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions

- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimization for AI systems

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of software development experience

- Strong Python programming skills

- Expertise in building traceable, explainable and auditable solutions

- Familiarity with agile/release development cycle

- Hands-on experience with :

1. OpenAI / Azure OpenAI Document Classification

2. LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel

3. NLP and prompt engineering

4. REST APIs and microservices

5. Vector databases and embeddings

6. JSON schema-based extraction

- Experience with cloud platforms :

1. Microsoft Azure preferred

- Familiarity with :

1. Docker / Kubernetes

2. Git / CI-CD pipelines

3. SQL / NoSQL databases

Good to Have :

- Experience in US Healthcare domain

- Knowledge of :

1. ICD-10 / HCC / Risk Adjustment

2. EMR/EHR systems

3. Clinical NLP

4. Healthcare document processing

5. FHIR / HL7 standards

- Experience with OCR pipelines and healthcare AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI platforms

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
