About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead who is a hands-on builder with strong experience in developing full-stack web applications, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and AI-assisted solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across React, Node.js, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Azure, and modern DevOps tools, while also taking ownership of production systems and providing technical guidance to a small engineering pod.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, Python, and SQL.

- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party/enterprise systems.

- Develop workflow automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

- Design and implement AI-assisted features using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and AI coding tools.

- Work with Azure and cloud-based infrastructure to deploy and support applications.

- Manage application deployments and production environments using Linux, Docker, PM2, and Nginx.

- Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application performance, and ensure system reliability.

- Establish and follow CI/CD and release management practices.

- Take ownership of technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Lead and mentor a small engineering pod while remaining actively involved in coding and development.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Evaluate and implement appropriate tools, frameworks, APIs, and AI technologies to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills :

- 6-8 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong experience building full-stack web applications.

- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.

- Strong SQL and database knowledge.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.

- Experience working with Azure and cloud-based applications.

- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, PM2, and Nginx.

- Experience with enterprise systems and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and disciplined release practices.

- Experience providing production support and troubleshooting live applications.

- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, tool calling, or other AI application development concepts.

- Experience using AI coding/development tools.

- Ability to lead a small engineering team/pod while remaining hands-on with development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience developing AI-powered enterprise applications.

- Experience with workflow automation platforms or frameworks.

- Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems and APIs.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and application scalability.

- Experience working in agile development environments.
