- Experience building REST APIs, secure integrations, authentication, and authorisation.

- Experience building scalable and reusable application components.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.

- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.

- Experience with CI/CD, automated deployments, environment provisioning, and containerisation.

- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and secrets management.

Principal Engineer - Additional Expectations :

- Strong architecture and technical decision-making experience.

- Ability to understand healthcare and insurance domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work closely with U.S. teams and domain experts.

- Act as a technical bridge between the India and U.S. teams.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while remaining hands-on.

- Comfortable working in a flat, agile environment without traditional management structures.
