Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in software development, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable and efficient applications. You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress-based websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Design and implement custom themes, templates, and plugins.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.

- Optimize WordPress websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.

- Troubleshoot and debug website issues, implementing effective solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, best practices, and WordPress updates.

- Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on development professional experience in PHP and WordPress development.

- Programming Languages : Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript (jQuery, React, or Vue.js), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Frameworks, CMS & Tools : Experience with WordPress (Divi, ACF, Elementor), Laravel (preferred), or CodeIgniter.

- Database Management : Knowledge of MySQL, SQL queries optimization, and database management.

- Experience in working with WordPress hooks, filters, and REST API.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

- Strong understanding of website security, HTTPS, and malware prevention.

- Experience with caching techniques, CDN integration, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with server management, cPanel, and hosting environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)

- Cloud & DevOps : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Microservices architecture and API development.

- Experience with headless WordPress using React, Next.js, or GraphQL.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban.

- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.

- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
