Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior FullStack Developer to join our engineering leadership team in Bangalore. In this role, you will architect and build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that bridge the gap between complex CAD-based engineering workflows and modern web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, cross-functional engineering teams, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions. By driving the full software development lifecycle, you will directly influence the efficiency of our internal systems and the quality of the digital products delivered to our global client base, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using .Net Core and C# to ensure high availability and performance for mission-critical business operations.

- Modernize legacy systems by migrating core modules to a microservices-based architecture, enhancing system maintainability and scalability for the engineering department.

- Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using AngularJS and TypeScript to provide a seamless user experience for complex data visualization and CAD integration.

- Optimize database performance and data integrity by designing complex schemas and stored procedures within SQL Server, utilizing Entity Framework for efficient data access.

- Automate deployment pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure to accelerate release cycles and maintain high standards of DevOps excellence.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architectural guidance, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement across the development team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building full-stack enterprise solutions with 10 - 15 years of professional experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the .Net ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Proven ability to integrate CAD-related data and workflows into web-based applications, requiring a strong grasp of engineering software interoperability.

- Exceptional proficiency in backend development with C# and .Net Core, paired with advanced skills in SQL database design and optimization.

- Strong expertise in front-end development using AngularJS and TypeScript, with a focus on creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management and infrastructure as code.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions in a hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns.

Assessment : Candidate should be ready to take a test. Test duration is 1 - 1.5 hours.
