Role Overview :

As a Senior Data Scientist you will be responsible for leading and executing data science projects from conception to deployment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems for our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports.

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on data science best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning and apply them to our clients' challenges.

- Contribute to the development of new data science methodologies and tools.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement machine learning models using Python, including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.

- Proven expertise in data mining techniques and statistical analysis.

- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM).

- Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.

- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying and scaling data science solutions.

- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hive and Pig.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- A Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
