Job Title: Senior Consultant AI Tools & Platforms

Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary:

Apex IT is seeking a Sr. Lead Developer to serve as the technical lead for AI-powered tools, platforms, and Apex-owned IP. This role partners closely with the AI Product Manager to design, build, and scale production-grade AI solutions used by delivery teams and customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and technical direction for AI tools, platforms, and accelerators.

- Translate product vision into scalable, secure technical designs.

- Guide development of AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automation.

- Mentor and lead multiple Staff Developers.

- Own code quality, reviews, and engineering standards.

- Partner with product management on sequencing and tradeoffs.

Competency (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role.

- Experience building enterprise-grade tools or platforms.

- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled systems and LLM-based tooling.

- Experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex).

- Familiarity with MCP or agent orchestration patterns.

- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio and/or Salesforce Agent force is a plus.

Position Type and expected work hours: Full-time/Permanent and 40 hours per week.
