Exp : 7 to 10 Years Experience Required

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer with strong Healthcare EDI (X12 270/271) experience and deep hands-on expertise with Azure PaaS services.

You will own end-to-end eligibility verification workflows integrating with Stedi Healthcare APIs and SFTP systems.

Core Responsibilities :

- Build & maintain eligibility verification workflows (real-time & batch)

- Develop Azure Functions for 270/271 generation, parsing & orchestration

- Implement Service Bus queues/topics, retries & dead-letter handling

- Create T-SQL stored procedures, member matching & eligibility caching

- Integrate with Stedi Healthcare API & SFTP for file orchestration

- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI (logging, access, encryption)

- Write unit/integration tests & participate in code reviews

Mandatory Skills :

Healthcare EDI :

- 3+ years with X12 270/271 eligibility transactions

- Strong knowledge of eligibility request/response, AAA errors, payer rules

- Familiarity with 834 enrollment files (nice-to-have)

Azure Development :

- 5+ years backend engineering

- 2+ years on Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault

- Experience with Application Insights, Managed Identities

Programming :

- C# (.NET 6/7/8)

- T-SQL (performance tuning, SPs)

- Python/PowerShell (nice-to-have)

Integration Skills :

- REST APIs, JSON transformations

- SFTP workflows & webhook event processing

Security :

- Must understand HIPAA, PHI handling, encryption, audit logging
