Role Overview :

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Aptino, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models that drive our core product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software architects, and product managers, to translate complex business requirements into robust, production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines that process large-scale data to improve model accuracy and system performance for our enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless deployment and high availability.

- Optimize existing algorithms to reduce latency and resource consumption, directly impacting the cost-efficiency and speed of our data processing engines.

- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship and algorithmic integrity across the team.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for AI-driven automation, translating abstract business problems into technical roadmaps and deliverable solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow within production environments.

- Strong proficiency in designing data pipelines and working with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark or similar big data technologies.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering efforts and business objectives.

- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically supported by a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in Pune, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.

- Extensive experience (5-14 years) in developing and scaling AI solutions, with a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile settings.
