Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer

Description :

Technical Skills Mandatory :

- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.

- Define AI architecture and technical standards leveraging Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI.

- Drive end-to-end AI lifecycle including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Guide teams on Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance.

- Mentor AI engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

- Collaborate with business, cloud, data, and product teams.

- Present AI strategy, delivery updates, and outcomes to leadership.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (prompt flow, pipelines, evaluations).

- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service (GPT models, embeddings, fine-tuning).

- Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with Azure Machine Learning, MLOps, and cloud-native deployments.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, containers, and scalable architectures.

- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and enterprise AI projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to mentor, review designs, and enforce best practices.

- Strong hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience is mandatory.

- Candidate should have delivered production-grade GenAI solutions.

- Leadership and mentoring capability are essential.
