Job Role :
- Design and build AI-powered tools, apps, and agents using models like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Build systems that allow AI to search and use client data when generating responses and apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques hands-on.
- Learn and apply best practices for monitoring AI applications, running automated tests, and using CI/CD pipelines to keep systems reliable and up to date.
- End to end accountability of requirements confirmation, POC and demo, solutioning, development and testing, change control and deployment, support and documentation, and research and innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to prompt, clear responses.
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with distributed onshore and offshore peers.
Technical Requirements :
Must have :
- Familiarity with agentic development patterns such as Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, self-attestation, and multi-step autonomous workflows (especially with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry).
- 3+ years of experience in General AI/ML development and software engineering with a strong AI focus.
- Experience in RAG and retrieval systems: vector databases, embedding strategies, chunking optimization, and retrieval evaluation.
- Python (advanced): Advanced proficiency for AI application development, API integration, and data pipeline construction.
- 4-5 years of experience in Azure cloud-native solution development using Python, Azure Functions, Service Bus events, C#, and ASP.NET MVC patterns.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio with strong knowledge of RAG and agentic development patterns.
- 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 E5 / E7 with working knowledge of the M365 frontier suite and its enterprise capabilities.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services: AI Foundry, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and private networking.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, engineering best practices, and architecting solutions using standard use-case-based patterns.
- Fluent use of Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio.
Good-to-Have Qualifications :
- Healthcare domain: Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and the compliance requirements unique to healthcare technology.
- PACE program knowledge: Understanding of the PACE model of care and how technology can improve participant outcomes and operational workflows.
- Confluence: Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
- Agile / Scrum: Experience with Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- MS licensing models: Familiarity with MS copilot licensing, tokens, and pricing.
