About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in architecting, leading, and scaling enterprise-grade AI platforms and Agentic AI systems.

The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Generative AI along with the ability to drive end-to-end AI solution design, mentor teams, and lead production-scale AI initiatives.

This role requires strong ownership in designing scalable AI architectures, defining engineering standards, and delivering production-ready AI systems integrated into enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.

- Design advanced :

1. Conversational AI ecosystems

2. Multi-agent AI systems

3. AI Copilots

4. Autonomous/Agentic AI frameworks

5. Intelligent enterprise automation solutions

- Define and implement scalable RAG architectures, vector search strategies, and AI orchestration patterns.

- Lead design and deployment of production-grade AI agents capable of reasoning, task execution, and workflow orchestration.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms using Python and cloud-native technologies.

- Drive AI system integration with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

- Establish best practices for :

- Prompt engineering

- AI reliability

- AI scalability

- Model optimization

- AI observability

- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decision-making across AI initiatives.

- Collaborate with product leadership, architecture teams, and stakeholders to define AI strategy and implementation roadmaps.

- Drive production deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in AI Engineering / Software Engineering with strong exposure to enterprise AI systems.

- Strong expertise in Python and scalable AI application architecture.

- Proven experience architecting and deploying :

1. Generative AI platforms

2. Agentic AI systems

3. Multi-agent workflows

4. RAG-based enterprise applications

- Strong expertise with :

1. OpenAI / Azure OpenAI

2. LangChain

3. LangGraph

4. Vector databases

5. Databricks

- Experience leading production deployment of AI agents and enterprise AI platforms.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native AI deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with AI system scalability, monitoring, governance, and optimization.

- Excellent analytical, architectural, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Product company background is mandatory.

- Candidates must have independently led or architected AI solutions deployed in production.

- Strong experience building scalable AI systems and AI agents from scratch is required.

- Prior experience mentoring teams or driving technical leadership initiatives is preferred.
