Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Node.js backend development, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend engineering and production support expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and support backend services using Node.js, Express.js and TypeScript.

- Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and integrations.

- Design and implement LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines and AI Agents.

- Drive AI adoption and automation across backend engineering and operations.

- Own L3 production support, incident management, RCA and troubleshooting.

- Improve application reliability, performance and observability.

- Work with cloud, containerization and CI/CD pipelines.

- Enable AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

Tech Stack :

- Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Express.js, LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, REST APIs, Production Support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9 - 12 years of overall software engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.

- Strong experience developing and supporting GraphQL APIs.

- Experience with Apollo Federation is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents.

- Experience designing Agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application optimization.

- Experience with L3 production support, incident management, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.

- Experience with AWS and/or Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
