Role Objective :

Lead the adoption of AI-first software development by designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. Drive AI-assisted engineering practices, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, high-quality, production-ready machine learning deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic :

- Define and implement AI-first development workflows.

- Standardize AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

- Establish automated testing, coding standards, and AI governance.

- Lead AI-driven projects and mentor teams on AI-assisted development.

Operational :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML applications.

- Perform unit and integration testing.

- Resolve defects within SLAs.

- Maintain technical documentation and support application enhancements.

People & Project Management :

- Participate in solution design and feasibility analysis.

- Deliver projects on time with high quality.

- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT (Mandatory).

- 10+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture.

- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development.

- Experience delivering ML solutions for risk, fraud, pricing, or decision systems.

- Expertise in productionizing ML models (batch & real-time).

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and automated testing.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- ML & AI : Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch.

- Data Engineering : Pandas, NumPy, Advanced SQL, PySpark/Spark ML, Feature Store (Feast or equivalent).

- Additional : Probabilistic risk modeling, time-series forecasting, AI-assisted coding tools.
