Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Generative AI Engineer with deep experience building production-grade AI applications using frontier models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, and Gemini.

This is not a traditional Machine Learning or AI Research role. We are specifically looking for an engineer who has successfully designed and deployed Agentic AI systems, Multi-Agent workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and Document Intelligence solutions in real-world environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong AWS engineering skills combined with practical experience orchestrating LLM-powered systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LangChain.

What You'll Be Building :

- Multi-agent AI systems that autonomously execute business workflows.

- Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Enterprise RAG solutions powered by OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.

- Document extraction, document understanding, and document generation platforms.

- Production-grade AI applications deployed on AWS.

- LLM-powered APIs, workflows, and business automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy production AI applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other frontier models.

- Build Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

- Develop scalable RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and semantic search.

- Build document intelligence solutions for extracting, classifying, validating, and generating structured information from enterprise documents.

- Create prompt orchestration, reasoning workflows, and agent collaboration patterns.

- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.

- Deploy secure cloud-native solutions on AWS using Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, RDS, and Secrets Manager.

- Implement monitoring, observability, security, and governance controls for LLM applications.

- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
