Key Responsibilities :

- Design and lead enterprise AI solutions using RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, and LLMs.

- Build and optimize AI pipelines, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems.

- Fine-tune and customize LLMs using LoRA, PEFT, Hugging Face, and related frameworks.

- Develop scalable AI applications using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and Microsoft Agent Framework.

- Design and manage data pipelines, ETL workflows, and vector databases.

- Implement Neo4j-based knowledge graphs to enhance semantic search and contextual reasoning.

- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and scalability through AIOps practices.

- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, Context Engineering, and LLM Fine-Tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Python, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI development.

- Experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, PGVector), and ETL/Data Pipelines.

- Exposure to Azure Cloud, MLOps/DevOps, and AI system deployment.

Preferred Skills :

- AIOps

- ReactJS (nice to have)

- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
