Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-impact Semiconductor Consultant to join our elite consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation across the semiconductor value chain. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to global semiconductor leaders, helping them navigate complex engineering and operational challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional client teams-ranging from R&D and manufacturing to supply chain stakeholders-to architect and implement robust solutions that accelerate time-to-market.

By leveraging your deep domain expertise, you will directly influence business outcomes, helping clients optimize their product development lifecycles and integrate cutting-edge technologies like Digital Twin and IoT into their core operations. This is a high-visibility position that demands a blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex consulting engagements across major Indian hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements by diagnosing client pain points in the semiconductor product development lifecycle to deliver tailored, high-value strategic roadmaps.

- Architect and deploy Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using platforms like Teamcenter or Windchill to streamline engineering workflows and improve cross-departmental collaboration.

- Integrate SAP systems with engineering data to ensure seamless alignment between product design, procurement, and manufacturing, thereby reducing operational silos.

- Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT and Digital Twin frameworks, to enhance predictive maintenance and manufacturing efficiency for our clients.

- Facilitate Agile transformation within client engineering teams to foster a culture of iterative development and rapid innovation in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by translating complex technical requirements into actionable business insights that drive executive-level decision-making.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing the full product lifecycle within the semiconductor industry, with a deep understanding of the nuances between design, fabrication, and assembly.

- Proven ability to implement and optimize PLM systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill, ensuring they align with specific organizational engineering standards.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the semiconductor supply chain, enabling the synchronization of technical and commercial data.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and lead diverse teams through complex digital transformation projects.

- Expertise in Agile methodologies, with a track record of coaching teams to improve delivery velocity and product quality.

- Ability to thrive in a consulting environment, demonstrating high adaptability to travel or work across various client sites in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune as project requirements dictate.

- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving systemic industry challenges.
