About the Role :

We are looking for a Security Architect with strong hands-on experience in Blockchain, Web3 and DeFi Security to own security architecture across digital assets, smart contracts, wallets and DeFi products. The role will work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance and leadership to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen security controls and ensure secure development of Web3 products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own security architecture for Blockchain, DeFi, Digital Assets and Wallet infrastructure.

- Conduct Smart Contract Security Audits across Solidity/EVM-based applications.

- Perform threat modelling, penetration testing and offensive security assessments across Web3, APIs and cloud infrastructure.

- Identify and assess DeFi risks including smart contract exploits, oracle manipulation, MEV, flash-loan attacks and bridge vulnerabilities.

- Assess security of wallets, key management, MPC, HSM, multisig and custody solutions.

- Establish and implement Secure SDLC, security standards and CI/CD security controls.

- Work with external security audit firms and internal engineering teams on remediation.

- Build security monitoring and incident-response processes for wallets, contracts and on-chain transactions.

- Evaluate security risks of third-party blockchain protocols, custodians, chains and vendors.

Must Have :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security.

- 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Blockchain / Web3 / DeFi Security.

- Strong hands-on Smart Contract Auditing experience using Solidity/EVM.

- Experience with Slither, Foundry, Echidna, Mythril or similar Web3 security tools.

- Strong understanding of Ethereum/EVM, DeFi protocols and common attack vectors.

- Experience with Application Security, Penetration Testing and Threat Modelling.

- Understanding of Wallet Security, MPC, HSM, Multisig and Digital Asset Custody.

- Strong programming skills in at least one of Python, Rust, TypeScript or Go.

- Experience with AWS/Azure, Cloud Security, Containers and CI/CD security.

- Experience in a Crypto Exchange, Blockchain Security Firm, Web3 company, Fintech or Digital Asset environment is preferred.
