Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and passionate GenAI Engineer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, primarily focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbot technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to design, build, and optimize AI-powered applications that enhance user experiences and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our products, making them more intuitive, efficient, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement LLM-based solutions for various applications, including chatbot development, content generation, and text summarization, to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain production-ready chatbot applications using platforms like OpenAI, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security, to provide seamless and intelligent customer interactions.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs using custom datasets and techniques like prompt engineering and reinforcement learning, to achieve desired performance and accuracy for specific use cases.

- Evaluate and benchmark different LLMs and chatbot frameworks to identify the best solutions for specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into existing products and workflows, to enhance overall product functionality and user experience.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed GenAI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates, to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications, showcasing a strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning principles.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining chatbot applications using platforms like OpenAI, highlighting expertise in dialogue management and intent recognition.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, indicating strong coding and model building skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in relevant technical concepts.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
