Role : .NET Full-Stack Developer

About Redio :

Redio modernizes health insurance claims adjudication with intelligent automation. We help insurers and TPAs replace manual, document-heavy workflows with faster, more accurate decisions at scale.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain scalable .NET web applications, APIs, and backend services

- Develop responsive front-end applications using React or Angular with TypeScript

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate engineering workflows

- Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and xUnit/NUnit

- Design secure and high-performance systems following modern software engineering standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable insurance and healthcare products

Must-Have Skills :

- .NET Core / .NET 8+

- ASP.NET MVC

- React or Angular with TypeScript

- MSSQL & Entity Framework Core

- RESTful API development

- AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)

- Automated testing (Playwright, xUnit/NUnit)

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript

- Secure coding practices (OWASP, authentication, encryption, validation)

- Git/version control

Nice-to-Have :

- Docker & Kubernetes

- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / AWS DevOps)

- OAuth 2.0 & JWT authentication

- Redis / caching systems

- Logging & observability tools

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Microservices architecture experience

- Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code

What We're Looking For :

- 2-6 years of experience in .NET full-stack development

- Strong understanding of scalable web application architecture

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in production workflows

- Ability to critically review code for security, performance, and maintainability

- Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills

- Experience in insurance or healthcare domain is a plus

- Fast learner who enjoys building modern software systems
