We are seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the development of state-of-the-art UAVs and drones. In this role, you will design and implement advanced algorithms to enable fully autonomous operations for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

Key Responsibilities :

- Work in R&D AI/ML team to develop and maintain scalable machine learning solutions for production.

- Conduct research and development to create end-to-end solutions for computer vision, image processing, and pattern recognition.

- Design AI/ML systems for UAVs to analyze large datasets and generate predictive insights.

- Conduct statistical analyses, interpret test results, and run performance tests.

- Identify patterns using data modeling and evaluation strategies to make accurate predictions.

- Explain complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Research and implement best practices to enhance machine learning infrastructure.

- Experiment with and utilize open-source libraries for innovative solutions.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and enhance the performance of existing products.

- Collaborate on framework evolution by building reusable code and libraries.

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Proficiency in Python and essential libraries NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, SciPy.

- Hands-on experience with deep learning (Neural Networks) using PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Expertise in computer vision for object and action recognition, 2D/3D image processing, and geometry.

- Experience in deploying computer vision applications on edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi and Nvidia Jetson).

- Knowledge of ONNX, OpenVINO, and edge computing technologies like Google Coral.

- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.

- Algorithms for feature extraction, pattern recognition, and clustering (e.g., SVMs, Random Forests).

- Knowledge of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image classification, segmentation, and detection.

- Familiarity with architectures like ResNet, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, and UNet.

- Proficiency in optimizing data processing pipelines and ML runtime performance.

- Solid understanding of engineering principles, data structures, and database management.

- Experience with Linux environments.

- Knowledge of writing production-grade REST APIs in Python or similar languages.

- Strong foundation in math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.

- Expertise in developing end-to-end ML solutions.

- Experience with GPUs, TPUs, and libraries like CUDA for accelerated computation.

- Containerization tools (e.g., Docker) for scalable deployments.
