Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Solutions Architect to join our growing technology organization.

This role is ideal for a versatile engineer who can bridge enterprise architecture and practical delivery by designing scalable solutions, guiding development teams, and contributing directly to implementation across modern application and data platforms.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Java, JavaScript, full-stack development, and enterprise application delivery, along with the ability to work across architecture, engineering, and solution delivery.

Exposure to mobile application development, AI-enabled integration, cost-conscious design, and collaborative technical leadership will be important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications using Java, JavaScript, and full-stack technologies.

- Contribute to solution architecture for microservices, APIs, enterprise platforms, and mobile-enabled application ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements.

- Optimize application and data architectures across MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis to support performance, resilience, and maintainability.

- Integrate AI/ML capabilities and external AI APIs into business applications in a controlled and stable manner.

- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring of junior team members.

- Lead or coordinate small feature teams and technical workstreams, helping ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Identify and address technical debt, platform inefficiencies, and implementation risks with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

- Design systems with a strong focus on cost optimization, efficient cloud usage, database/query performance, and enterprise scalability.

- Support technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.

- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, compliance, availability, data protection, and architecture governance.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- 9 to 12 years of professional software engineering, solution delivery, or enterprise application development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and full-stack development.

- Experience in mobile application development, including exposure to React Native and mobile integration patterns.

- Solid database skills with MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including schema design, performance tuning, query optimization, and caching strategies.

- Experience designing or contributing to microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale application architectures.

- Good understanding of enterprise architectural requirements such as scalability, security, integration, maintainability, resilience, and governance.

- Familiarity with integrating AI services, intelligent automation, or ML-driven capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a large engineering organization.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, or coordinate delivery for small teams or workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-native application design and cost-aware architecture practices.

- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns, security controls, and high-availability solution design.

- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, backend services, React Native, and end-to-end full-stack application development.

- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product or platform engineering teams.
