Job Overview :

Quorum Software is seeking a Technical Expert (AI Transformation) to drive the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities across its global Professional Services organization.

The role focuses on integrating AI into software delivery workflows, developing reusable implementation accelerators, establishing responsible AI standards, and improving customer outcomes across enterprise software projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the discovery, design, and prototyping of AI-enabled workflows for software implementations, upgrades, data migrations, integrations, testing, and deployments.

- Develop reusable AI-driven technical patterns and delivery accelerators to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.

- Establish responsible AI practices covering validation, observability, auditability, guardrails, risk controls, and deployment environments.

- Identify opportunities for AI-powered customer services, including assessment, readiness, validation, modernization, and advisory solutions.

- Develop reusable prompts, AI skills, playbooks, and enablement materials for Professional Services teams.

- Lead technical design, development, configuration, and testing activities for software implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop data analytics and technical solutions, train IT personnel, and resolve issues.

- Manage project commitments, effort estimation, milestones, technical validation, and production go-live activities across multiple projects.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on PL/SQL, APIs, internal Quorum tools, and AI-enabled delivery practices.

- Improve existing delivery tools, processes, and documentation while building expertise in Quorum's architecture, integration capabilities, and software development lifecycle.

- Lead team discussions and retrospectives to identify process improvements and share technical knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in software development, cloud operations, business consulting, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to business or technical workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes.

- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows with validation, observability, auditability, and risk controls.

- Strong technical foundation in PL/SQL, Java, software development lifecycle, and/or systems architecture.

- Familiarity with prompt and skill design, agentic workflows, LLM tool use, or AI-assisted software development.

- Experience gathering customer requirements, delivering technical solutions, and troubleshooting reported issues.

- Ability to mentor junior colleagues and take ownership of end-to-end deliverables.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with agentic AI platforms, LLM gateways, or MCP-style tool registries.

- Experience building or scaling AI tools for delivery, consulting, support, or implementation teams.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, web development, REST APIs, Postman, or SAP integration.

- Team leadership and collaboration experience.

- Exposure to the energy industry or software development initiatives.

- Experience with Energy Components upgrades, implementation, or support.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through direct engagement.
