We're looking for experienced software engineers who are passionate about building scalable cloud-native applications and leveraging AI to transform software development. These roles are ideal for engineers with 8+ years of experience, with opportunities available at both Staff Software Engineer (8-12 years) and Senior Staff Software Engineer (12+ years) levels.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop and deliver scalable enterprise SaaS applications.

- Build modern full-stack applications using cloud-native architectures and microservices.

- Solve complex technical problems and optimize systems for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence (Senior Staff level).

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming.

- Experience with Java, Python or Node.js.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices and Cloud-native development.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf or similar is highly preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willingness to work from our Pune office (3-4 days per week).
