Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full Stack Staff Engineer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI and React to build scalable, high-performance web applications and data-driven user interfaces. The candidate will work across backend APIs, frontend applications, dashboards and databases while contributing to architecture, performance, security and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI and React.

- Develop interactive data-driven applications and dashboards using Streamlit.

- Build modern, responsive and reusable UI components using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Design efficient MySQL database schemas, queries and optimizations.

- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST and GraphQL APIs.

- Implement authentication, authorization and secure communication mechanisms.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability and security.

- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.

- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews and code reviews.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

- Work collaboratively with frontend, backend and cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 610 years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.

- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Experience with Streamlit and data-driven applications.

- Strong experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization.

- Good knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and MySQL database design.

- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to monitoring tools like Splunk or Datadog.

- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong backend engineering expertise with good frontend capabilities.

- Ability to independently contribute to architecture and technical decisions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Candidates who can join within 0 to 30 days will be preferred.

Work Mode : Hybrid 2 days per week from client office.
