Job Title : Python Backend Developer

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Pune (On-site/Hybrid as per client need)

Budget : Up to ?15 LPA

Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Python.

- Implement REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI.

- Work with Django ORM for database modeling and interaction.

- Design efficient database schemas and perform operations using MySQL.

- Integrate and manage third-party APIs for various business use cases.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Optimize backend performance, handle scalability issues, and debug production-level code.

- Use ElasticSearch for data indexing, querying, and improving search performance.

- Apply best practices for code quality, version control, and deployment pipelines.

- Work on cybersecurity-related projects with a strong emphasis on data protection and privacy.

Mandatory Skills :

- Python 5+ years of hands-on experience

- Django ORM

- FastAPI

- MySQL strong query optimization and performance tuning

- REST API development

- Microservices architecture

- ElasticSearch

- Experience in integrating with third-party APIs

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in cybersecurity projects

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools

- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
