Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Python Developer / Software Engineer with strong experience in building Agentic AI, LLM-powered applications, and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Python, FastAPI, MCP, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend services, developing autonomous AI workflows, integrating LLMs, and building production-ready agentic applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.

- Build production-ready Agentic AI applications capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.

- Design and implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication to enable collaboration, context sharing, task delegation, and state management between AI agents.

- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to expose tools, resources, and data sources to LLM-powered agents.

- Design multi-agent orchestration workflows covering task delegation, sequencing, parallel execution, fallback mechanisms, and error recovery.

- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open-source models into agent pipelines.

- Implement tool calling, function calling, RAG, memory, and contextual workflows within AI applications.

- Build APIs and microservices supporting agent orchestration, state management, inter-agent communication, and workflow execution.

- Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.

- Develop asynchronous services and workflows using Python Asyncio.

- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and secure API practices.

- Collaborate with Product, ML, Data, and Platform teams to define agent capabilities, memory strategies, tool interfaces, and communication contracts.

- Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented production-grade code.

- Develop unit and integration tests for APIs, agent workflows, tools, and orchestration components.

- Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance, latency, reliability, and resource utilization in production.

- Ensure secure handling of credentials, sensitive data, tools, APIs, and agent permissions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python

- FastAPI and REST API development

- Practical experience in Agentic AI / LLM-based applications

- Model Context Protocol (MCP)

- Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication

- Experience with one or more : LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel

- Strong understanding of Asyncio / asynchronous programming

- Experience with LLM integration, tool calling, function calling, and RAG

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 to 8+ years of professional software development experience.

- Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based applications is highly preferred.
