Your Role :

Lead architecture, design, development and coordination of software development projects and work teams. Provides technical and project management support to project team members. Strong project/program management experience in the software field. Understanding of the software development life cycle and process improvement. Follows disciplined software development practices.

Your Impact :

The ALM Pune team is looking for a mid-level Software Developer to develop and maintain multiple products within the ALM Portfolio, including the creation of new features using modern UI/UX concepts.

Your Team :

You will be part of a highly dynamic and technically competent team delivering requirements management, software engineering, and test management solutions. The team adopts a customer-centric approach backed by strong agile practices.

Your Day-to-Day :

- Prepare functional specifications, including detailed feature descriptions, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, UI sections, and task flows

- Schedule, conduct, and participate in design reviews

- Prepare design notes including requirement statements, problem definitions, solution descriptions, test scenarios, and migration issues

- Prepare work estimates and develop iterative prototypes

- Write well-documented, high-performing code and participate in code reviews

- Create and run unit tests and deliver automated tests to QA

- Provide timely information to the publications and QA groups
