About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably across CRM, SalesTech, Revenue Intelligence, or Customer Engagement platforms.

You will be responsible for driving product strategy, customer discovery, product adoption, innovation, and growth for our AI-powered sales intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Conduct customer discovery, interviews, market research, and product analysis.

- Build and launch products/features from 0 - 1, including MVP development.

- Scale products from 1 - 100 by improving adoption, engagement, activation, and retention.

- Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

- Work closely with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve product experience.

- Define and monitor KPIs such as activation, retention, feature adoption, NPS, engagement, and revenue impact.

- Drive AI-powered capabilities using Generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows.

- Lead product launches and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on GTM activities.

- Prioritize product backlog based on customer value and business impact.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10+ years of experience in Product Management.

- Strong experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise SaaS products.

- Experience in CRM, SalesTech, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Intelligence, or Customer Engagement platforms.

- Proven experience in 0 - 1 product development and 1 - 100 product scaling.

- Strong understanding of product discovery, customer-centric product development, and product adoption.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, and prioritization.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience working with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, and Data teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI-powered SaaS products.

- Exposure to Generative AI / Machine Learning / Predictive Analytics.

- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, GA4, etc.

- Experience with CRM ecosystems and enterprise sales workflows.

- MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
