What Youll Do :

Architecture & hands-on development :

- Own end-to-end architecture for platform features using Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID - microservice boundaries, domain models, and API contracts built for scale and fault tolerance.

- Write production-grade C#, .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core; lead architectural reviews and technical decisions.

- Set and hold the quality bar across a .NET + Next.js/React + React Native stack.

AI-first :

- Lead AI-native development : use AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) fluently to move faster, set team standards, and review AI-generated code with a critical eye.

- Strong prompt-engineering instinct and sound judgment on where AI helps in architecture vs. where it is the wrong tool.

Cloud, DevOps & production readiness :

- Partner with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployments across QA/UAT/prod on AWS ECS + Docker.

- Own production readiness : monitoring, alerting, incident response, and SLA adherence.

- Lead the rollout of centralized observability (ELK / OpenTelemetry) as part of the platform roadmap.

- Own performance : API latency, caching, query tuning, and Core Web Vitals on the customer funnel.

- Establish coding standards and quality gates; champion testing (xUnit / integration tests).

Mentorship & delivery :

- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing; upskill the team on modern .NET and AWS practices.

- Translate product goals (B2B partner API, all-destinations coverage, mobile launch) into realistic technical plans with honest risk assessment.

What You Must Have :

- AI-first, hands-on : daily use of AI coding assistants, strong prompt-engineering instinct, and ability to review AI-generated code critically.

- 812 yrs engineering experience; 3+ years leading in product companies.

- Expert in C#, .NET 8/10, ASP.NET Core, EF Core.

- Strong in microservices, DDD, SOLID, clean code, REST APIs, async workflows.

- Hands-on MongoDB; AWS (ECS, S3, SQS/SNS), Docker, CI/CD.

- Working knowledge of React/Next.js + TypeScript.

Nice to Have :

- Building LLM features in production (prompt design, evaluation, guardrails).

- React Native; event-driven systems (SQS/SNS, Kafka/RabbitMQ); PostgreSQL.

- ELK stack or OpenTelemetry / distributed tracing.

- OAuth2, JWT, OWASP; GraphQL.

- Travel/OTA domain (booking, payment gateways/3DS); load testing (k6/JMeter).
