Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python for backend development and React for frontend development.

- Build high-performance, secure, and reliable distributed systems.

- Design and implement robust APIs and efficient data flows across services.

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

- Implement automated testing and integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers through technical guidance.

- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve platform stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack development expertise.

- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and distributed systems.

- Experience designing scalable, high-availability, and fault-tolerant systems.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles.

- Experience working with large codebases and complex business domains.

- Expertise in testing frameworks, automated testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with containerization and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in product-based organizations.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
