About the Company:

A PE-backed Product Engineering business serving global customers - from Fortune 500 enterprises to mid-market and high-growth companies - across bespoke product development, digital engineering, Cloud, Data & AI. The role works closely with the CEO and leadership team in shaping customer solutions and technology propositions.

The Role:

Engage directly with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and founders to understand complex or ambiguous business problems and shape compelling technology solutions.

- Lead CXO-level discovery, solutioning and architecture conversations.

- Translate business problems into scalable product and technology solutions across Product Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI.

- Solutions selling across global markets - Fortune 500, mid-market, SMB and high-growth businesses.

- Take opportunities from discovery and solutioning through proposal and closure.

- Partner with commercial and engineering leadership to ensure solutions are technically strong, commercially relevant and executable.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years in technology, with significant experience across Solution Architecture and Product Engineering.

- Strong customer-facing and CXO-facing experience; able to independently lead senior technology conversations.

- Depth across bespoke product/platform engineering, Cloud, Data & AI.

- Ability to turn an ambiguous business problem into a clear technology proposition and architecture.

- Experience with international customers and comfort moving between CXO conversations and engineering-level architecture discussions.

Also open to startup founders, former founders, CTOs and senior technology leaders who bring strong solution architecture depth and have personally led customer solutioning.

The ideal profile combines architecture depth, product engineering experience, business understanding and the ability to earn the confidence of a CXO.
