Role Overview:

As a Principal / Lead Blockchain Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority for our blockchain initiatives, driving the design and deployment of secure, scalable decentralized applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams and enterprise clients to translate complex business logic into robust smart contracts and distributed ledger architectures. Your work will directly influence the security and performance of mission-critical platforms, ensuring that our technical solutions remain at the forefront of the industry while meeting stringent enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end blockchain solutions, ensuring high availability and security for enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and audit complex smart contracts to ensure code efficiency, security, and alignment with business requirements.

- Lead the integration of distributed ledger technologies with existing legacy systems to create seamless, interoperable digital ecosystems.

- Mentor senior engineering teams by establishing best practices in code quality, documentation, and automated testing frameworks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility and provide strategic guidance on blockchain adoption and infrastructure scaling.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing decentralized systems using Hyperledger Fabric and other enterprise blockchain frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in Solidity and deep knowledge of Ethereum-based development, including gas optimization and security patterns.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical projects, managing the full software development lifecycle from conceptualization to production deployment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Extensive experience in building high-performance distributed systems, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in software engineering roles.

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of solving complex architectural challenges in a hybrid work environment across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
