Job Description :

We are seeking a strategic Automation Leader to develop and expand our enterprise-wide RPA and intelligent automation capabilities. This role will focus on transitioning from traditional RPA to Agentic AI and GenAI-led automation.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the enterprise automation capability. The role combines technology depth, advisory mindset, and delivery ownership to drive next-gen automation including Agentic AI.

Key Role Expectations :

- Lead end-to-end Automation CoE for the enterprise

- Transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent & Agentic Automation

- Champion innovation, value realization, and transformation

- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and strategy

- Be a hands-on leader, not a supervisory manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Enterprise Automation Leadership :

- Define long-term automation & AI roadmap

- Scale adoption across business units

- Establish governance, standards, and best practices

- Drive enterprise-level value realization

- Improve / evolve the overall value proposition of the existing set up.

2. Solutioning & Technology Leadership :

- Provide end-to-end automation solutioning

- Drive innovative problem solving by leveraging optimum tools / technologies (represented below but not limited to) :

1. RPA platforms (AA, UiPath)

2. AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic frameworks

3. Data engineering & visualization

4. IDP and workflow automation

- Enable integration of automation with enterprise tech ecosystem.

3. Delivery & Value Realization :

- Own program delivery across multiple initiatives

- Track KPIs, ROI, and business impact

- Drive continuous improvement and optimization

- Build a strong automation pipeline

4. Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with senior leaders across functions

- Influence decision-making with data and insights

- Drive change management and adoption

5. Team Leadership :

- Lead and develop 3 direct reports

- Build future-ready skills within the team

- Create a high-performance, non-supervisory culture

6. Vendor & Commercial Management :

- Manage vendor ecosystem and contracts

- Optimize cost, licensing, and platform investments

- Drive partner-led innovation where required.

7. Innovation & Future State :

- Lead transition to Agentic Automation model

- Build automation capability as a strategic differentiator

- Proactively showcase innovation internally and externally
