Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop enterprise-scale AI applications and backend platforms.

- Build and enhance backend services for Generative AI solutions, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and AI agent workflows.

- Develop high-performance AI-powered web and mobile experiences with streaming and low-latency capabilities.

- Design scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems using Python.

- Build cloud-native AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and performance optimisation for AI services.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to architecture, design reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Drive technical delivery of AI initiatives while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in backend development and distributed systems.

- 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

- 4+ years of experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Strong experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures.

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI model integration.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, security, observability, and performance optimisation.

- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across global engineering teams.
