Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

1.Core Application Development :

- Backend Engineering : Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications and APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework.

- Integration : Develop and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless communication with front-end applications and external services.

- Database Management : Utilize MySQL for effective data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

- Front-End Integration : Collaborate closely with front-end teams, applying foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance :

- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists.

- Leadership (Mid-Level Focus) : Lead the development of specific application modules and mentor junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- SDLC Contribution : Contribute actively to documentation, code reviews, troubleshooting, optimization efforts, and Agile ceremonies.

Modernization & DevOps :

- Troubleshooting : Expertly identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues within the application and database layers.

- Cloud & Automation (Nice to Have) : Opportunity to gain exposure to modern tools and practices like AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Advanced Concepts (Mid-Level/Senior Focus) : Engage with front-end frameworks like Vue/Nuxt and contribute to discussions around microservices architecture.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Core Languages (Mandatory) : Strong proficiency in PHP and hands-on experience with Laravel.

- Database : Experience with MySQL.

- Process : Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
