We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building robust applications, working with modern technologies, and contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance scalable software applications and platform capabilities.

- Build high-quality backend and frontend solutions using modern development frameworks and technologies.

- Develop, integrate, and optimize APIs and third-party services.

- Work with AWS cloud services to support application deployment, performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Contribute to system architecture, technical decision-making, and product innovation.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high application performance and reliability.

- Participate in the development of AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, and technology-driven solutions.

- Take ownership of technical deliverables and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

- Follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or related technologies.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.

- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI technologies, LLM APIs, or AI-powered workflows into production applications.

- Experience working with Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.

- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow automation.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.

- Familiarity with scalable application architecture and cloud-native development.

- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
